Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when you have been carrying things on your own for a long time. You do not have to do that here.
I work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the more painful or stuck places that can show up in our connections with others, including family and in laws. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, we can take the time to slow things down and make sense of what is coming up for you.
My approach is trauma informed, client centered, and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your pace. I draw from CBT, DBT, Narrative, and somatic based practices, with a focus on nervous system regulation, helping you feel more steady, safe, and connected within yourself as we do the work together.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment.
If you are feeling stuck, hurt, or simply needing a place to land, you are welcome here.
